To fall back to the topic, sens and accel are based on personal preferences the most of all settings so comparing each other value's is kinda useless. Kanzo already made that point by comparing strenx and demon their cm/360, i even use 100 cm/360 with LG.
I recently switched to accel disabled after using it for years and im convinced that its the best way.
It takes some time getting used to it but in the long term u will get the benefits out of it.
Accel has too much effect on small/slow mousemovements which makes ur aim unstable and changing cl_mouseacceloffset its value just shifts this problem and makes ur aim even more unpredictable.
The zoomfov is also based on personal preference since everyone use their zoom in different kind of situations and in different ways
My sens is based on the physics of each weapon and the kind of situations u mainly use them so each weapon has its own sensitivity, the value's dont differ that much from each other but they do make the differents for me.
Aiming seems to be easier with low DPI somehow.
I recommend anyone to play with windows standart DPI which is 450 but 400 will also do just fine.
If u deside to continue using accel i highly recommend to put/change this in ur cfg (dont forget to change the "?" into ur accel value).
It disables mouseaccel while holding down MOUSE1 to shoot and it automaticly changes mouseaccel back on when ur not shooting so ur aim is stable but u still get to use mouseaccel when u need it.
seta press "cl_mouseaccel 0"
seta release "cl_mouseaccel ?"
alias +fire "+attack;vstr press"
alias -fire "-attack;vstr release"
bind MOUSE1 "+fire"
And final here are some mouse settings who everyone should use, simply because they are the best this way:
seta in_mouse "2"
seta m_cpi "0"
seta m_filter "0"
