So you don't use a mouse at all now ? Wow. You have my respect !
Years ago I used to use my left mouse button as +forward and right as +attack (only had two buttons) and that worked pretty well, but space was still jump...
How do you look around ?

Well that explained by my k/d ratio lol
aim i do with my mouse i switch between them quickly thats why arrows are my movement keys allowing me to set mouse and keys close to eachother
i think ill get stuck because of the initial CJ
now i have never really strafe jumped as i started FPS after my accident
ill check it out

We got a guy in SOG who has foot pedals due to him having back and arthritis troubles. I'll get with him and see what hes actually using, this may help

one hand playing ... wow As far as i see you are using the keyboard and the mouse? .. how do you handle that .. one hand 2 input units .... for my opinion its impossible .. if i have only one hand i would buy a mouse with a lot of extrabuttons and bind the moving keys to the mouse .. of course its a hard thing to strafe with it maybe its impossible.. but strafing is not the most important part in quake .. i think you can handle it a bit better
foot pedals are also a nice idea

I've actually tried eye control at our university. It was done pretty good but I don't think that the technology is good enough for it to be implemented into fps and I think that it's still too expensive if there are even models sold yet.
