Those who know me might know that I'm a big TDM junkie. However, recently my TDM clan died, which left me clanless going into the fall season of Clanbase OpenCups. Although I know Chill is not a TDM clan, I was thinking as we have lots of members I might find 5-6 people who's interested in participating in this league. Currently, most of the clans signed up are bit too strong, but I think there will be some beatable clans in the lower divisions, at least I hope so. So, let's make a TDM team, shall we?

Cheers 24 Chill is a funny sort of clan. IT's full of people that fancy a bit of FT and iFT, but they all have their own favourite game types outside of freeze. We've had CTF, iCTF and TDM teams as well as our slighty moribund duel competition - King of the Chills (currently awaiting the final of Season 4). Nitrogen is our TDM team captain and we've entered CB TDM cups in the past with some good performances. The key is to get a reliable core of 5 or 6 players at the most. These players need to be available for regular practice. I'm not sure if everyone from the last season is still available but we may be able to poach waifs and strays from other clans. I think it's unlikey that we'll be able to field 2 teams, but if people like vitz, TNZ and Lam are available it's not completely impossible. Over to you Nitro

Today i've confirmed all our regular TDMers' participation, so i'm actually ready to sign us up. Question is - do we field two teams, or try and make one big team with huge player rotation from game to game? Which might potentially lead to different management headaches.
Another possible approach is to treat our TDM teams as independent entities, allowing ppl to play with who they want and how they want.
Either way, i'll get in touch with you soon, Mr. 24.

It'll be hard for me to play during the week as I got to wake up early every morning so I'd rather be a sub than play in some secondary team and not be able to show up some day.

Nitrogen has got himself a compact and tasty looking squad and is going to enter under his own ChillZero clan, so that leaves us with the possibility of fielding a Chill entry. 24 is up for it, I'll play if required - I seem to be getting worse and worse at TDM kry - we may have to reverse recruit you back out of Nitro's team

Yo chillers, I'm up for joining a tdm squad if you need any spots filled, be it a permanent or just a sub. I'm online most days and happy to make training sessions so just hit me up on irc or whatever if you need someone. Cheers, dtothep.
